Willistead Park encircles the historic Willistead Manor and offers a green retreat in Windsor's Walkerville area. Its landscape includes more than 300 trees, landscaped gardens, connected pathways and the Paul Martin Gardens. The site is known for its distinctive mature tree collection and the elegance of a true English garden. Willistead Park and Manor were designated an official heritage property by Windsor City Council in 1976. The grounds also host community events, including the popular Art in the Park festival. Visitors can enjoy a walk, admire the gardens or appreciate the relationship between the landscape and the surrounding historic architecture. Pathways provide routes for walking and other forms of gentle outdoor activities. Visitors interested in private functions or wedding photography should consult the official site for arrangements and any applicable reservation requirements.
